So true! I know a person that had a flock of geese to fly over her wedding and bomb the wedding party! LOL!

We were at the beach one day in Boston and sea gulls flew over and took a big one right on my aunt's shoulder. It was hilarious!

At the Little Chapel on the Boardwalk in Wrightsville Beach, you'd be lucky if those are the only bombs the birds are dropping. The seagulls like to drop clams on the parking lot to break them open. The can't find the clams during high tide, but when the low tide exposes the mud in the marshes, look out below!

Oh I remember low tide! so crazy what happens with all the clams and seagulls.

He has 5 muscovy ducklings in their from my last hatch that will add some size and genetic diversity

Look what I got to snuggle on today. This is a gal that I met..by...selling chicks to about a year ago now. Wow, chicken folks are great. We've become friends, she actually calls me her chicken mom, and her older boys call me Grandma Cynthia. She had this little guy yesterday.




He is so cute!

Aww! I'm in love! This is when I miss my babies being babies. No more babies for me. Got that permanitely took care of. I have two boys and a girl that is enough but I LOVED the baby years.

Saw this and thought it would go nice with all the straight jackets. Truthfully I need one of these to just stretch out or curl up in.

What if I have multiple imaginary friends, do you think they will cut me a deal.

Morning everyone! I am so excited I just woke up to a hatched baby! YEA!!! Now I know I can do it! I can't wait to see how many more hatch!!!

Ok on the rice, it was cooked and I thought it would be ok, they eat egg shells with out a problem. surely rice would be fine. Thanks for the answers ya'll. Talked to mom today and all though her legs hurt, she is eating, and has more color on her face. Only 9 days till I get to see her.

The furniture doesn't warp on the porch with all the humidity?

no it doesnt warp. the lumber was kiln dried and our humidity is constant so no problem with warping.

My chickens eat all kinds of stuff. I never cut/chop anything up for them. It seems like they enjoy ripping into all the goodies we give them......corn stalks, kitchen scraps, whole veggies from the garden. Heck, they eat grit!! .....

Oz noticed no padding on the furniture-- because it will rot anyway?? Love the woods, and the furniture. Love it when art and practical come together in such a pretty pc of furniture.
