The Old Folks Home

I heard my first pip on day 21. Changed everything out to cardboard egg crate and turned off the turner and took it out. I have the other 15 white phymouth rocks due in about 5-6 days, I think. My 18 blue egg layers are ready to go. I'll let you know.

I have a broody sitting on sweet grass turkey eggs from Arielle that are due to hatch in three more days! My hen has been talking softly to them already! I am so excited!

The only monitor s that I know of that will prey on human is the komodo dragon from indonesia. I fed them a goat on komodo island to photograph them many years ago but that's another story.

We have salt water crocs that will hunt humans but only in the far north. A gun won't help you with them

As I can talk freely of animal reproduction, our boar semen order was shipped to the wrong island.

Attempts were made to get it to us today but that typhoon in my previous post has shut down all flights in and out of Manila for the rest of today.

I guess I will be delaying the next expansion of our piggery by three weeks
