Anybody have contact info for alabama npip? Also how do they test? Blood, feather plucking or what?
They take a drop of blood from the wing and swab their mouth. That's it.

Thanks chicka. Pepper sauce looks great. I have some hot pepper seeds. Carolina reapers, trinidad scorpions, naga vipers, bhut jolokias, chocolate and white habaneros. I eat at least 2 per day.

Critter is a firm believer in the pain-relieving properties of hot peppers. If one of the kids has a sore throat, he'll say, "munch on a habanero. That'll fix it - cauterize that sucker!"
