What kind is that crested white roo?

thats rambo...he started off being 1 of my dw's chicks along with her silkies...he turned out to be my favorite. He flies like a hummingbird. Only a couple months old and crows every time my big brahma boys crow. He flies into their pen and crows until they get close...then he flies away...he jumped on our mail carriers hood and crowed at him when he delivered my new bator. Hes psycho.
