The Old Folks Home

I don't think the amount of snow is that bad, but the fact that it accumulated in such a short time makes it a huge problem. And that drone had a pretty sweet image stabilizer in the camera, very good picture. The person must have spent a few dollars on that one.

Great video CC. Usually Buffalo is very prepared for their snow. We were there one January they got 12 inches overnight but they had all primary and most secondary roads plowed by 8 am. Nothing could have helped them prepare for that much in that short of time period. Niagra Falls is beautiful when frozen I wonder what it looks like after thissnow? Here are couple of cool photos off FB

my gluten-free sourdough bread. It's not sour enough yet, does anyone have tips for more sour tasting sourdough bread?

and this is the work of a local glass artist that's making me a custom piece to rock at events. Yes, they're functional. As you can schmoke out of them.

My contribution to the paleo/mj/gluten free/art discussions. Agh. My jaw hurts. All this dentist work right before all the eating holidays start.

I'm using the seedling heat mat and extra trays I have for making fodder for my pretty big flock of 38 chickens and 6 muscovy ducks. We're probably going to start the spring garden soon inside. I have the heat mat in my master bathroom. Which also has Reginald and Cookie in the bathroom too. He refuses to stop over eating.

Thank you CC, that gave me a few suggestions that I need to try. I am going to try the less time soaking, then rinsing more.
