Luke this. Really cheap. Mine's blue.
where did you get your brahma's from? wow really not much meat do you know if yours came from meat line or not how is their broodiness and laying ?
brahmas arent very good egg producers. I havnt got any eggs in weeks. In the summer they only lay 3-4 eggs per week. They are friendly. They look good. They arent flighty. But they eat alot of feed. In hindsight i would not have selected this breed. The 1 i have are from murray mcmurray hatcheryanyone know a good source to get brahma's? not looking for show quality but would like decent bird and has good production
Dimmable CFLs are now available. You can buy incandescent heat lamps, refrigerator bulbs and ceiling lights. You can also still buy candelabra lights for chandeliers... and specialty lights for special fixtures....
I refuse to buy those compact flourescents though. they cannot be dimmed they cant be placed in a lamp that has a three way switch... and they are charged with Mercury Wich cannot be put into the land fill it has to be "recycled" because its a hazardous material.... I am waiting for the LED lights to come down in price.
