I just want to present the peacock like it is shown in those very old paintings of medieval banquets.... where the neck and head still have all of their shiny feathers, and the neck and head are served alongside the cooked meat.

It's unsettling about Ferguson. And I'm hosting my thanksgiving thing tomorrow and I have been sick since last night, coughy, achey, fever, dizzy etc. Who is coming over to roast my birds?

I too thought that Kathy served a peafowl... I have been wanting them, but
think I don't want them yet until we get more property.

I use t5, t12, 315cmh, mh and hps in my indoor growing endevors. My electric bill is pretty high. I sprout seeds and get them bigger and grow out clones under the t5 and t12. Then they move to bask under 315w cmh or 400w mh. Flowering has 1000w hps and 1000w mh and 860w cmh. I don’t rock all my lights all the time tho. I shut lights off by mid june, the earliest my other lights come on to start seeds in Aug (just 1 t5). We're discussing starting our garden jan 1 indoors to get huge tomatoes, zuchinni, pumpkins etc.

I have a couple meyer lemon trees in my basement producing fruit. Everything is a bit behind schedule as always, since it's just little ol' me doing it all. It was everything for me to go feed my babies just now, and now I need to bring them fresh clean straw and help them go to bed here in a minute.

Happpy T day every one... I am flying low and fast under the radar fixin or prefixin stuff for tomorrow.

I want to take a moment to be thankful....

I am thankful for my brilliant son and his awesome future.
I am thankful for My teeny family four of us four generations.
I am thankful for this country with all its warts there are soo many more good things to appreciate
I am thankful for our military
I am thankful for our police
I am thankful for the life I have been able to lead see the things I have seen in my short 59 years
I am thankful to be able to put food on the table

and oddly or maybe not so oddly....

I am thankful to BYC for bringing into my life this odd assortment of characters and on and off color discussions.... For that I am thankful for my sanity.
