We've had more trouble with this over at the barn. The barn is built on a slope (ancient dune field, I suspect). When it rains, the water comes off the roof and runs down parallel to the walls. If the folks cleaning stalls drop stuff close to the walls, it floats and creates dams, which causes the water to back up and flood the stalls.

Yep he had more money than sense.... He just lead him to the steps.... two year old colt really sweet. OH Have I got storys About steve and his horses....

Yep old dwellings need their swale checked now and then.... I dont have a barn so the water passes off the road in a sheet across Katees corral in an even film then it disappears under the 40 foot storage container.... We have a perk rate of seconds LOL....

Katees corral is powdered Decomposed granite.... about 100 x 100 feet
