This is adorable..so your little peeps are having a blast in the brooder are they? I had some hatch last week. I forgot how fast they grow, and start kicking up the pine into the dishes, even though I have them up on blocks. They think they are little chickens. Scratchin and pecking around like that.Gee, Bunny... At my house the only answer to that question would be because I must be deaf.
My dad was an extreme Type A. His way or the highway and nothing open for debate. We'd call him General Bullmoose to his face. Pretty soon we just ignored him, which frustrated him and ramped up his controlling behavior even more, which generated more push back. Bad cycle.
My ex just once tried to pull a "Well, I make more money, so my opinion counts more" dictum. I told him he could discuss that at the attorney's office if that was truly the stance he was going to take. (and,, yes, there's more than one reason he's my ex, but this was very early in the marriage when he was trying to set and test boundaries)
