The Old Folks Home

Deb and Late, in the wild we've got Lepus timidus that mainly live in the forests, Lepus europaeus that mainly live in fields, but the feral bunnies are descended from pets that have been set free. At it's peak the population in Helsinki was estimated at 10000 animals. It's gone down a lot since then, I think 2008 was the worst year.

Humidity in the incubator = 10%.

No wonder I feel reptilian. Time to go slather some Bag Balm on my hands.

huh? Isn't Maine on-the-water?????? Why are you so dry? Are you high up, or away from the coast? (How far away can you be from the coast.... small state

My new speakers arrived, are mounted, hooked up, configured, and sound FANTASTIC!!! I have been wanting these speakers for several years, just couldn't bring myself to spend that much money on them. The countdown for their 24 hour warm up has begun. Tomorrow night I will put them through their paces.

AJ, can you hear them cheeping in the shell? Are they rocking? To me, that's one of the more fascinating phases of hatching, and requires the most patience.

Bama, a down speedo.
