Yes... I have a friend that used to live there ... For maybe just three years, a long time back...

My parents drove me and my sister from Maryland to the North Pole when we were young kids.

I think it was in New York.

I licked the pole, and Rudolph sneezed on me. They had this sign up over Rudolph that went something like this: "Everyone knows that Rudolph's nose only gets red on Christmas." I read that, and then started arguing with my parents - that if you listened to Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer his nose was CLEARLY red before Christmas and that this place was a sham.

My parents had to hustle me out of there before I upset the other kids.

Hahaha! I loved your story; and by golly,you were absolutely right I only wish I'd known that the North Pole was in NY as it was only a 2-3 hour drive from my home State of RI. I'm sure I would have bugged my parents to take us there
