Diva, I think butter fried, salted and peppered chicken breasts with some rum-raisin ice cream poured into the pan to make a sauce might work, served with some rice.

Close to freezing here, but not yet.

Finally got all the bulbs I ordered in the mail yesterday. Dad used to sneak around the area and plant tulips and daffodils - by the side of the road, by our schools, etc. In spring we'd drive around and watch their progress. I bought a ton of bulbs and will mail a few to each person that went to his service with a little note explaining to plant them in his memory. I'm working the night shift today so this morning seems like pretty good timing to sneak around the area and plant some bulbs.

SCG, I remember you talking about that, told my DH. He knows that Tulips are my favorite flower. I think it's great that you are carrying on with the sneaky planting! When you see them, you will be thinking of dad, that is so great.
