I had 6 thermometers and I didn't trust the spot check because it didn't agree with any of the others.
Then I got a thermoworks thermometer that agreed exactly with the spot check. That's when I threw the others to the curb.

All good on measurement since then.

Loved it.... there is another I want to try called a Chicken Cushion.

I like Peppins method better for deboning....

Turkey girl was well enough to get out of the basement hospital today. First thing she did upon joining the flock was have a conjugal visit with the tom.

Twice.

I guess it was a lonely month for her.
