I am patriotic and all....but here in "the land of the midnight sun" I think it is a total waste to have any fireworks for the 4th. :idunno

I vote for having them on New Years.... At 6pm. Yep, that would do me! :old
 
We have (hear) them every holiday real & imagined. When their team wins, when their team loses. When they have more money than brains.

We have had fireworks for the past two weeks - guess they were just practicing. And it lasts well into the early morning hours. Some of the "explosions," sound like sound effects from war movies. I'm getting PTSS and not even leaving the house. Police don't do anything about it.

) Things have been super busy here. We have the house in Utah under contract and we are under contract for a house in PA. Work has been crazy busy between learning all my new tasks and traveling. Things should quiet down a little now that I think I am done traveling for the year. (Hopefully!)
