LOL..... My dad and grandpa cracked open a six pack of beer once and one can was flat.... Oh the letter they wrote... this was before internet and grandpa typed on a Royal typewriter complete with carbon copies and eraser marks.... about a month later a case of beer arrived in by freight, complete with a letter of apology.....

Let's see. Dog running as fast as it can away from the deer. Deer is easily doing twice the speed. Nope, that dog won't catch any deer unless the deer lays down in its mouth.

Yah, in the old days when you wrote a complaint letter to some company, they responded with class & righted any wrong. Nowadays people just sue them over any minor glitch they can think of.

Doesn't seem like progress to me.
