Hannaford's had whole pork shoulders for .99cents, so I used that instead of just fat, hopefully they turn out as good.
Still boiling maple syrup and today finally smoking 25lbs of venison pepperoni!

Another 2-6 inches for us on Tuesday.

I got some tomatoes sprouted, the rest haven't sprouted yet. I upped the heat in the growbox hoping to get them sprouted. All of my pepper seeds moulded, so I bought new seed today.
