I did sleep, even after my long nap yesterday but i woke up several times. At least i get back to sleep.

Guess it is time to drag self out of bed. I hear the guys outside are here to work on the deck some more. The cats want breakfast as well. At least my kids are grown.

I slept good last night finally but also reduced the cotton batting in my personal quilt to 1 layer had 4 couldn't move opened the top to take all but one out..
having coffee actually turned heat on this morning it was 60 in the house require no less than 68
