Used up 5 of the 10 gallons of emergency water I have for the animals so far. I will bring the container to work tomorrow and fill it. It is chlorinated so probably no one including us humans will touch it but I've tried.
Got a shower at work today and my Outlook on life is much improved with hygiene.

chlorine taste will dissipate if the water is left to sit in a glass for a bit.

It does make you feel more civilized to take a shower!

It makes shoes a bit tight and hurts sometimes but not too badly...I still have nerve damage from a crushed sciatic nerve so the foot is a bit numb

I have that on my right foot, hard ball and sometimes poofy mass. Doesn't bother me though. I hope 'it's NOT A TUMOR' ( in Arnold Schwarzenegger's accent) Lol!

Yours sounds like a ganglion cyst. They are benign if so. I had one removed because it was causing problems.

It is 8 feet wide and 16 feet long and about 10 feet high.

Did you use pallets for the lower part of your end cap walls? I'm thinking maybe have a door at each end, one to the coop and one to the run.

@superchemicalgirl, you need to pick up a portable camp shower that you can set up in your basement. Heat water, bingo, instant shower.

We have a 'solar camp shower' that we used before we had electricity. They are great in the summer a bit awkward in winter but we used it during a power outage in a pinch when we needed to shower by setting a hook in the ceiling over the bathtub then hanging the bag. We could sit in the tub and shower off enough not to drive the patients away. You also have 5 gallons of water at your disposal.

Yes, i used pallets and 2 sheets of plywood on the ends. Above that is hardware cloth.
