They make an electric pressure cooker?

Cool! I would definitely look into getting one as I have two electric cooktop stoves that have already suffered scoring on the glass tops from various pots damaging them.

Definitely doing the chili tonight and rolls for dinner.

I just discovered that I have a whole butchered rabbit in the freezer that I need to do something with. DH isn't crazy about it but I love rabbit. Usually I fry it then slow cook it for 12 hours but Since I'm the only one eating it I gotta do some creative cooking because I do not want to keep freezing and unfreezing iit.

bunny in a curry cream casserole?

hope it's just a minor thing Cap :hugs:fl
Thanks! He said i will die, but wrote two prescriptions any way.

:lau Just kidding, we are all going to die some day. He said it is extremely congested in there and it must be the pressure causing it. At least my ear tube is still in there"barely" .

I hope you are better soon!

You have a great attitude!

The casserole idea sounds good. Not too sure about the curry cream. I'm pushing the limit with my IBS by making chili. I have a feeling that if I shoot for curry, I'm going to be spending a lot of time worshiping the porcelain god if you get my meaning;)

Any good bunny meat casserole recipes out there? Push comes to shove I can cut it up, fry it, put it in the slow cooker and just eat rabbit for a few days.

So I have a kettle of chili simmering on the stove, I just my sour dough biscuit dough to rise and I'm taking a break!

Use Rabbit meat in any chicken casserole recipe.

I need to keep my eye out for a rabbit in the stores here. Sometimes you can find them in the Fall

Use the rabbit as part of the chili... Chili as a meal is almost always a winner :drool I used the last container I had frozen a month or so ago... Time to make another big batch and freeze up containers for future use.

ooooh! sounds good!

I love any casserole with cheese, or cream, or both. @microchick Oops, forgot about your gut! Yeah, pick a mild something. King Ranch Chicken is great and mild and excellent reheated, frozen, etc.
