The Old Folks Home

I had the same thing happen at my Dental cleaning a couple of weeks ago. I got a big lecture on BP being too high there. I told him that I was diagnosed with white coat high BP. He finally gave it up.

I was on blood pressure medicine but stopped when I passed out one morning because it was too low.

Mine is usually in the 120 to 130 over 80 range at home. I monitor it and am not worried either.
I take half a pill of the lowest dose available, it also helps reduce my tremors.

Beta blockers do. They can also control Migraines.
didn't realize they were controlling mine until I missed a couple doses (I'm on half a pill as well) and suddenly my night time tremors were back after being gone for ages. Didn't connect the dots right away. Guess because I'm on neurontin to control the neuropathy and just assumed that was what was controlling the shakes. I really hate playing who's on first, sigh. Well actually I hate taking pills of any kind. Spent most of my life avoiding them, wouldn't even take an aspirin. Look where that got me, sigh.

Just before my last 3 stints my pb was
150 over something high. Since I did take a half of a 12 mg bp pill.
After my stints it went back to normal.
The Dr. Wants me to take the bp and lassix pills because my aorta valve is not working properly.
But when I take the bp pill it drops my bp to low and I can't do anything. I do take the lasix when I start swelling.
But that's not very often since I am eating better.
And I feel good. I just can't do much without feeling wore out. But that's the valve over working.
And they won't risk putting a new one in till this one just stops working.
Due to all the issues that come from transplants.

Can you take half a pill for blood pressure?
