I just got an email from Murray McMurray's. One of the pictures is a box of darling yellow chicks, probably little pullets and in the corner is a single little black chick with it's eyes closed and what looks like the start of a tiny but prominent comb. I just showed it to my husband and said "can you guess which chick is a packing peanut surprise cockerel?"

Don't they usually use red star cockerels? It could have been the mystery rare breed pullet....Let's hope....

I don't like the way that is phrased "save on next order of NON LIVE merchandise. Makes me think they offer " non live chicks at discount prices."

I didn't pick that up was concentrated on little black peep thank you yes seems a bit odd
yes charging for less than alive
