I'd say OW. At our ages we need all the healthy brain cells that we can get so don't go killing them off any faster than you have to.

did walk down 2 long blocks with my care giver over 1 then up one came back up the road we walked down on 1/4 mile take walking stick with needed it but still with the better weather I think it is good for me

taking a short break then back out did my main coop ... took my caregiver out to help me in the garden area for half an hour she has left for the day back on Wednesday still going to plant the mustard I was sent Thank you again
