I am so pooped now I pulled it from the box looked it over good then put it back in the box did take meal worms to the main coop have them on a outside table to take to silky land

Had another SCG-style day today. On the plus side I'm getting really good at giving my goat injections.

All my clocks change automatically. I forgot the time change. No wonder everyone was sleeping in so late!

DD1's clock is old. She has to reset it on GWB's new date then it sets itself forward on the old date so she has to move it back an hour, reverse in the fall.

It is sad when people that do not care about cooking do stuff like that!

Um Ron? It is SAD when people do sh1t like that regardless if whether they care about cooking or not. What ever happened to caring that you do a job properly??

BF is a vietnam vet but did it as a sea bee he is proud of his service but said he was not in lot's of combat either

A lot of combat troops depended heavily on the Sea Bees. His service was just as important.

View attachment 1292757 Today was the day the cheese I made was ready! It is very tasty. I need to work on the texture but it was a hit with the family.

Too dry, too damp? We bought some cheese last fall from the family of one of the Farmer's Market vendors (meat). I think it was too dry. One was supposed to be a Gouda type, I think that should have a slightly creamy texture.
