Just so you know, Ron isn't the only one here that cooks. I used goat cheese mozzarella, regular moz, ricotta and a little parmesan to create this lasagna. Home made sauce as well.

Looks yummy. I will have to make lasagna one of these days. Hubby loves it and so do i. Does a bunch of meals for us too.

I wondered if i was making that up. Glad you noticed it too. I have a pretty active imagination. If i can hatch that one i am going to keep it. Hope it will be a hen!
