What is grass??The grass jumped at least 2 inches in height today.
And now the daily egg hunt starts??Oh, i got a speckled guinea egg today!
You ate it ALL, in one sitting??Just so you know, Ron isn't the only one here that cooks. I used goat cheese mozzarella, regular moz, ricotta and a little parmesan to create this lasagna. Home made sauce as well.

Ate quite a while ago and I'm still full.![]()

I have to make 2. DD1 can't eat nightshades (tomato) and won't eat meat so there is the gluten free noodles vegetarian cottage cheese and spinach one. DW prefers that, DD2 won't touch it. She wants what @Latestarter made (with meat of course) and that is what I prefer as well though I will eat the other.Looks yummy. I will have to make lasagna one of these days. Hubby loves it and so do i. Does a bunch of meals for us too.
Probably made by Devonviolet (BYH).Was the goat mozzarella homemade? I still haven't made any cheese that needs renet.
My prayers are with her as well. Two things I've discovered. 1. There are specialists, and there are specialists. Even among the specialists there is a ranking, and the top specialists know how to get things done, but are usually very hard if not impossible to get an appointment with through regular channels. 2. Insurance companies have their rules, regulations, and protocols, but the best specialists now how to work them to get what they need, quickly. 3. Top notch specialists will only work with, and refer to other top notch specialists, and that's one of the only three ways to get seen by them.
This was/is the case with my breast cancer doctors, and was/is the case with my lung doctors.
My daughter has found this out too. She was in a car accident, and suffered spinal injuries. She went to a specialist, but not a very high ranking one, and he had her jumping through insurance company required hoops, with no end in sight. She finally got into a high ranking specialist that stopped all the other nonsense, and had her jump through 1 hoop. She will get her surgery on the 19th. of this month.
Thanks, you too! That lasagna looks delicious! Not for breakfast but for dinner.
I like the idea of using dremmel's on spurs. I have two roosters with three inch spurs that really need trimmed. I had one rooster who every now and again needed his attitude adjusted. He liked to do rear end attacks on my heels and got to the point that he was almost knocking me off my feet. When he did that I would dangle him by his feet until he chilled then hold him like a football and carry him around for 10 minutes or so. He was a big boy so I really had to keep a grip on him and one day I heard a pop! Looked down and had one of his spurs in my hand. Oops! It broke off at the leg, clean as a whistle. Barely bled. The good news was it never grew back! It also broke him of attacking my ankles. Guess he thought I was a real bad you know what.
Finally.....two beautiful days in a row! It's a miracle! It's dare I say it.....SPRING!
Hope everyone is feeling better. Have a great Wednesday!
The only place i look for my guineas eggs is in their hoop coop. I don't let them out until 2 pm. Usually by then they have laid their eggs. What is grass??
