Yes, indeed Misty. I went out tonight and checked on the bunnies. They were all gone with the exception of the dead one. Hopefully Mamma came and moved them all to a safer place. The one I thought was mortally injured was gone also. Hopefully it recovered and was just stunned. DH asked if maybe one of the dogs found them and no I don't think so. They would have scarfed down the dead one first of all. So that did end better than expected.

Then got to gallop after an escaped rooster for God knows how long. Was laughing by the time I caught him because he knocked open the door to the bantam coop and was as happy as a clam. He got moved back to his own dwellings.

Thanks, @drumstickdiva for the understanding words. Yes it's hard. But we play out the hand we have bee dealt and for my flock, that means dealing with Marek's.

Always see someone wanting to know if they have pulleys or cockerels. I try to remember to look before I post. DW and my DDs don't when they message me, just type fast and send, wow some of the crazy messages/words I get sometimes. HUH!? I'll ask them back just to pick on them lol.

I am getting a SS cockerel to put with my 3 remaining hens. I have to try, though it may kill him. Of course he will be quarantined first.
