Those belts are made of kevlar and should last at least 10 years. Yes, it could have easily been defective from the factory.

And thus they should have at least a 5 year warranty, 10 with "sliding scale" replacement. But they give only a year to ensure they never have to pay out.

Btw what do you think of this coop Ron, It's made of aluminum so it wont fall apart.

If that roost is also aluminum I would chuck it immediately and find a wooden closet rod the same diameter ... or larger if it isn't at least 2.5".

And SLEEPING???? How was sleeping last night?

Sleeping was good. I setup as if I werent using the machine... Dont want to change my invironment too quickly. I slept most excellent... even woke up this morning on time 8:15 made grandmas breakfast. Did an errand... But then when I came home I wanted more sleep... fell asleep at the computer.

So I went back to bed slipped on my mask and went out immediately. from 9:30 to 12:00... I am up now. The link works talking back to the facility... am hoping its just residual sleepyness.

So as I sleep with it this week.... it may change

whatever they tell you double it for recovery of chemo but sleep is your friend so glad your open to the cpap

I am thinking after the cancer treatment you will need to sleep nonstop for a month! Just need to give your body time to heal and recover.

I am so glad though that your sleep now is good sleep!
