I think I was in school I was 7.

I don't know why but for the last 2 weeks I am only able to get 2-3 hours of sleep a night. And that is with either ambien or tylenol pm. It seems they have both stopped working at the same time! I have alternated them for several years when one stops working I take the other one. Now i don't know what to do! I am way to sleep deprived and seeing cross eyed!

Chicka, have you tried L tryptophan to help you sleep or melatonin? We have a good friend with Prakinsons who can't take standard medicines for sleeplessness. His specialists recommended melatonin to him as a sleep aide.

Melatonin helps my son when he needs something. . Once in a great while.
