You can try the re positioning maneuverAlso was told to take Bonide for my Vertigo - wasted money on that too. Still have it since Labor Day but, much less often and not as severe.

I don't know why but for the last 2 weeks I am only able to get 2-3 hours of sleep a night. And that is with either ambien or tylenol pm. It seems they have both stopped working at the same time! I have alternated them for several years when one stops working I take the other one. Now i don't know what to do! I am way to sleep deprived and seeing cross eyed!
