I guess I caught a stomach bug at the grocery store. Been in bed all day except when I have to run to the bathroom. Yuck!

Last night I found a lump on my throat it's nearly 3". I called to get a Dr. appt. so going in to see him Fri 8-3.

I can sympathize about the deep and unbreakable bond you develpe with the bathroom when your guts decide to remind you who is really in charge.

I will probably go to urgent care after I feel better.
