Computer not laptop though the application is the same... and NO this computer does not have wifi or ethernet... its five years old now...

I am VERY confused!!! How do you connect to the internet through your cable modem if the computer doesn't have ethernet or wifi??

And do you or or rent the modem? Back at the old house we got cable and had to rent the modem for $5/mo. Turned out we did that for YEARS. Wasted a lot of money. I returned it and bought one at Best Buy for $85. It wasn't a wifi enabled modem though since I already had a router as the Comcast modem didn't have wifi.

Nope, I found them on top of the old church organ in the livingroom. Now, I have found my cellphone in the freezer before......
