The Old Folks Home

Me too, Alaskan. When I was 5 my mother asked me if she should get divorced because he had a terrible temper. I didn't know what a divorce was. She didn't think she could raise us alone. But her parents would have taken us in. They hadn't liked my father from the start. Needless she stayed with my father till she died at 77 . I always thought she died to get away from him.

I have a net gear router. You can log into it online by searching for net geni or router login. Type in user name: Admin
Password: password
Those are the factory setting log ins and if there is a password set by your son it will show it. You can also set up a guest connection to use for other devices.

Coffee in the fridge is fine... but milk in the sugar is not. Oops! :lau

I had just woke up from a nap. I slept hard and was not totally awake. I had to call dh to clean it up. I knew I would have made it worse. Lol

I've put salt instead of sugar in my coffee, more than once! :idunno:oops:

My 14 year old niece did that to me once. I was choking and foaming, drooling uncontrollably. I got up to get her and she ran and hid behind my mom! Mom was screaming don't kill her!
The little Turd was being a Turd...
I wanted to make her drink it!!!!

Reminds me of what I did to my sister, once.
She had a hot date and had put a tv dinner in the oven to eat before she went out on the date. Well, I came in the house from plowing a field all day and was hungry.
So finding the dinner was in the oven, i proceeded to carefully unwrap the foil cover and consumed it in a flash. After eating it, I re-wrapped it and put it back in the oven.
A few minutes later, she came into the kitchen to get her dinner. Upon unwrapping it, she was shocked and complaining to Mom that they (the factory) didn't fill this one with anything. :gig Mom, later on told her what I did! :lau:gig

Sorry for that!

Morning all. Sitting here with a 16.5 pound cat on my lap, a cuppa coffee in reach, trying to get my eyes to focus still. Got up at quarter to 7 but my body is saying 'why?'. At least feet aren't painful this morning so the day is starting out better than yesterday did.

High of 96 today. Not much outside activity going on. I am about ready to do a rain dance. The ground here has one inch wide cracks in it and the grass is all brown and nasty looking. We heard our neighbor running his riding mower two days ago, looked at one another and shrugged. Figured he was mowing the tips off the wild chicory which seems to be the only thing growing right now.
