The Old Folks Home

I love my little wagon. It hauls food and water to the coop, veggies from the garden and wood to the house in the winter. Big inflated wheels, sturdy as all get out. I remember DH asked me what I wanted for my birthday 4 years ago and I immediately grabbed an Orscheln's and showed him the wagon. He thought it was a goofy birthday gift until that winter and admitted it was one of my better birthday gift requests.

@ronott1 so sorry to hear that you lost a hen under the same circumstances. Sparkle has a brood sister who so far is healthy.

My husband is always telling me Don't name your birds! It hurts you too bad when you form a name bond with them and they die. I told him he was right. I would try to not name them. Came in tonight, he asked me how the birds were I told him. Fine. I spent some time carrying Whisky and Tango around.......oops:p

Thanks! I did not name her but it is still sad to lose one.

She did live a good life though! Much better than in an egg battery.
