The Old Folks Home

I've had some annoying bursitis in my shoulder, over the outside, for the last few months. Only bothers me when I lay on it or lift anything over shoulder height though. Still in denial on the doctor thing, keeping very positive thoughts that it will just go away. Thank goodness for memory foam bed. Maybe I'll give that supplement a shot too.
My DW would not go to the Dr. for a Stye. Her optometrist told her she has a permanent scar there from it now. Some oral anti biotic medicine would have avoided that

Go to the Dr.

If the doctors office doesn't get my Rx called in, i am not going to be happy. I checked with the pharmacy around 5:30 and they had nothing. Idk why they are so stingy with refills.
Will the Pharmacy give you some for a couple of days?

Ron if she ever gets a stye again tell her to rub someones hair that is a bit oily over her eye. That is what my dad had us do. He's from the old old days. I got one, once and it worked for me.

Where is everyone this morning?:confused::pop
Was out digging the pond, then had a dentist appointment in the afternoon. New dentist to me, 5 minutes from current home. Old dentist 10 min from prior home, 35 from here. First time I've had my BP taken at the dentist's office.

I just read this! A Georgia farm gets reimbursed for poultry loses from Bald Eagles.
Well, it does only seem fair that if the gov't says we can't kill things that are killing our livestock, the gov't (actually us of course) should compensate. $2.2M is a LOT of money!

People kids or the goat variety?
Al's people kids are supposed to herd the goat kids. Seems only fair the goats should herd the people kids and give Al a break!

Was there a recommended brand?
I think there might be 1 or 2 people on this forum that have chickens. And those chickens lay eggs. Why not just eat the membrane straight from the source instead of paying $$ for processed stuff?

@superchemicalgirl - Thought about you today, SCG, as I was push-mowing around tombstones in our church's little old cemetery (earliest graves dating back to around 1880). Two stones that struck me. One was a pastor in the church - (born 1857, died 1904) the inscription on the stone said, "He died in the harness". He was preaching, and died right that at the pulpit. The other stone was humorous. It says, "I expected it, and here I am!" Another nearby cemetery has a husband/wife stone that says, "Yes, we're here, thanks for stopping!"

MY pharmacy is all too happy to fill my RX
