Oh yeah listened.... then devised the sneak around ..... LOL.

I usually find that Men listen if you arent going on and On and On about a subject... Then a couple of days later... it was all their idea.... Bwhahahahaha.

Then there is the selective filter.... Especially derived to go around their favorite show on TV like NASCAR...

Deb's right about the selective filter, and that whatever you say to them has to be short, and to the point. I've always said it has to be a short sentence, say it 10 times throughout the day, or over a few days. Yes, it becomes their idea once it sinks in. The conversation usually starts with, "I just got this idea....."

I agree men take time for the idea to sink in.

But women can be the same way. My dd1 told me she was pregnant 3 times, and my brain refused to accept it. I guess. Because I had a rare off night and was watching tv when she turned around and had this huge belly sticking out. I said what the ----? She said momma I told you 3 times. Now in my defense I worked 3 jobs and rarely had a night off. I changed uniforms in the car in route from one job to the next. I was in shock to say the least.
She was 17 so we finally had a talk. I told her, her options and I told her I would support her in what ever decision she made. She decided on adoption. I thought that was the best decision she could have made at that time.

I found some mushrooms growing in my petunias yesterday. I'm afraid they might be magic mushrooms.
How do I get rid of them without touching them?
We had scraped up some rabbit manure out of the pasture
To mix in the soil mixture when we planted the garden and I had some soil
left over and put som in pots for plants.
Well these just popped up yesterday.
The dot in the center is purple and one is showing a bit of purple under the cap.
