We are taking it simple had a branch I called a widow maker come down part way we are working it away from a gazebo that is front of the house

Bridge over the Llano (Hwy 2900) near my folks was taken out by docks and boathouses washed down from upstream. 10 inches of rain in October.

Oh dang!

I just asked my baby sis. She said she had zero problems. Even the dry creek that crosses the road (only full in gully washers, and then only for a day) didn't fill.

But she lives on the homestead built back in 1860ish. They picked a great location... just the driveway crosses that one gully/dry creek.

My sis though lives outside of New Braunfels.

It is a bunch of the extended family that live over further west by Llano, Mason, and Castell. I should ask them how they faired.
