If I had to, I have going on 3000 hours of sick leave.

I thought I was good with 900+ hours.

I am saving it up for my full mental breakdown.

Yeah, I used to tell the director of nursing that if I didn't get a break from the place I was going to start wetting the bed. She just would sigh and say 'I hear ya' and walk away.

Save up more SCG, in case your full mental breakdown lasts longer than you think . You will enjoy every second of it. Don't waste time napping.

Vacation is separate from sick leave. The Boss won't let us take sick leave unless we are sick

We were self employed. Never got paid vacation or sick days.If we were sick we were dead in the water. Vacations we shut down.

Penny, I keep forgetting that you are like 2 hours behind us.

Won't let you take sick days as paid days off? Man I finally heard of somewhere to work that made nursing look like a picnic.
