My Garmin fitness band says that the current temperature is 61 but also that we were supposed to be H: 55; L: 43. It was a bit warmer today than predictedIt hit 43 today. It's a start, but it's going to be a while before we see anything green. Lots of snow to melt. We are forecast to get rain tomorrow, so that should help.

When Wikipedia was first going yrs ago I remember reading on their site on one of our local breweries, Genesee, was known for the screamers, drink a bunch of it and hoot and hollar and scream, .....
Apparently they didn't interview any locals, yes it is known for Genny screamers, but it refers to what you do on the toilet the next day Lol!
All kidding aside, I've only been severely constipated once in my life, after a double hernia operation . What ever drugs they gave me they said I might get constipated. It was horrible, no use of stomach muscles and it wasn't moving . Called up Grandma , figured she'd have something in that area. She brought me some sort of tea, not sure what it was but it worked. I'd ask her what it was but she's gone, dang I miss her.
