Discovered why I keep having headaches when I wake up and usually stay with me through the day. Keep bedroom blinds pulled down to keep out too much sun/heat in summer, and keep out some cold/wind on other days.
Well put blinds up all the way and see there is blackish mold or mildew on metal inside parts of window. I asked my brother (who is leading expert on all or nothing) and he said that's why I had the headaches.

Probably right since the windows are at the head of the bed. Tonight I will try sleeping at the foot of the bed and see if that helps. If not will borrow my son's old twin bed. The windows in his room are fine (south side of house) and across the room from his bed. I'll see how that goes..
Also can't afford a plumber to fix the bath tub no water comes out of the faucet. Getting a bathroom sink wash - a couple body parts at a time, is not working great and gets water everywhere even with the "thirsty" bathroom rug from Lands End.
Obviously house is trying to kill me. Along with everything else.
Had quite a nightmare last night. Dreamed a rattlesnake came in the kitchen door, made it upstairs and took up residence under my bed. I made a hole in the bedding, mattress etc. so I could keep an eye on him. I saw he was on the move, so ran and got my "snake stick," (worn out very dull bladed )garden hoe. NOT capable of cutting snakes in half but, it puts some good dents in them.
Fight was on I kept smacking the rattler with the hoe, he kept getting away. This went on for quite a while until he called it quits. Then a person we all know on BYC came in and appraised the situation and announced I was pretty spunky for someone who is scared too death of snakes. End of dream.
PS we don't have rattle snakes here except statewide, very minor ones around forest areas. We have a thriving forest preserve at the end of our block. But mainly get 4 legged critters that come out of there.
Don't know what this all means but, will ask neighbor next door how to sharpen the hoe blade.
PS think person, brought the rattle snake with him.

I blame all this on the darned carpy headaches. At least when I have the continuous headaches, I don't seem to get vertigo.

Have to be grateful for small favors.
