Hey Old Folks spent the morning out did stop quick at Costco on the way home bought a few things then made for home ... BF said we will head out to dinner he likes to give me a break every other week

I have a list of things to get on Saturday at Costco!

Att had given us 100 visa card went in got the 4 things we went after
get to checkout was 107.51 Told BF couldn't do that again if I tried

I don’t think so but I think it will still be good!! I’ve never been to one before but have been meaning to go forever and kept putting it off so I finally had my dad call last week and make the appointment cause I knew I never would. I’ve been wanting to go for a while but have been way too nervous/terrified. That was stupid. Was nowhere near as scary as I thought it was gonna be and I wish I would have gone a lot sooner!! I really like this one too!! I told her everything when I didn’t even think I was gonna talk at all at first Hopefully it helps!

I was terrified yesterday in the waiting room and all week leading up to it but especially in the waiting room and kept thinking of just bailing but then once I got in there, I wasn’t nervous and it was great!! I really liked her a lot which is good because I was thinking I was gonna have to try several first. This one is also right across the street so very convenient.

I should have gone years ago.

Good! You don't need a prescription, most likely. Just a place to talk it out! It will do wonders for you! I'm proud of you for taking the step.

Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking too. I’ve never been to one before so I think even just talking to someone will be a huge help! I usually keep everything cause I hate bothering people with it aha and thank you! I appreciate that!

My insurance refused to cover my last Vitamin D test, they said that the test isn't that reliable, and that is why they denied coverage. Ah whatever.

Or just take a Vit D pill daily? I don't think you'll OD on them and Costco sells really big bottles cheap. My doctor put me on Vit D years ago when my numbers came back low ... in Aug or Sept when I'd been outside a good part of every day all summer. I'd hate to have seen the winter numbers!
