The Old Folks Home

What the heck happened to BYC! I thought I might have accidentally logged on through FB, it's like weird. I've only been off for maybe a month and come back to what the crazy stuff is this? Took awhile to even find OFH, I was starting to think maybe I entered the 'Matrix',

That's what happens when you go on vacation. We redecorate the place. :lau

I guess so! Dang! I was on daily the last change so no biggie. This is like WOW! I'm lost!
There is a thread under Announcements you could check out. But, I did follow it for a while so I might be able to answer a question or two. What can't you find?

Doctor told my husband once that 'older people' seldom get enough vitamin D. I have to take Citracal 1200 mg because of the Prolia having the ability to dangerously deplete blood calcium. It has vitamin D/3 in it but I take another D/3 and magnesium also. I've read that low magnesium can make you tired.

@CapricornFarm. What I did with our meds carried over from when we were commuting before retirement. I got a big tool box and put all of our RX and OTC meds in it. Works out great. I do one week pill containers for us. Get the tool box out, fill'em up, done. Also works out well as an emergency box. If tornado or whatever occurs all I have to do is grab the box and it's good to go. I don't take that many RX meds....well, okay, I just counted. Guess I do take quite a few...Dadgummit....but I also take a lot of supplements. Things like omega oil and flaxseed oil, tart cherry extract capsules, all of them for inflammation. But they do count up. If I didn't keep them in a central location I would fersure forget half of them.

I have a medical box for things you would want if you were bugging out. I am thinking I have some plastic drawers I could use for my Rxs.

But at least in the Matrix you can get the bullets to come at you nice and slow....

Glad you found us!

So this lack of BYC time mean you are still getting to work the day shift?
