the schools are shutting here now. The fall out will be huge unless they can sort alternative child care pronto. Many working adults have kids, and one or both of them will need to stay home to look after them. Poor kids who get free school meals might now go hungry. And kids from chaotic homes will lose the stability and relative tranquility schools offer.

They've done that here, then opened day care centers for the dislocated students. Seems like just moving the money from the left pocket to the right and claiming you've improved your circumstances.

I am here back is grumbling... headed out for Tea at my favorite coffee shop. its a drive through. Most all the drive throughs are open.

I am so wanting to go back to bed and pull the covers up over my head.

My joints are suspiciously quiet today. My allergies are taking their place and making me miserable.

Like minds with the same thought. DH and I were talking about the same thing this morning.

I suggested that it may come from unused emergency funds, DH countered with 'but where is that money coming from?'

I got enough to worry about with out trying to understand the gubberment. Haven't been able to do that in almost 67 years on this earth.

Ignorance is not only bliss but sometimes it's downright paramount to survival and sanity!
