Bruce, he was feeling really bad at the time, so he was really planning to hole up in the master bedroom. Late yesterday afternoon, his fever broke, and he started feeling better. I'm not saying he felt perfectly fine, but too good to be cooped up, and confined to bed.

Nothing worse than a sick spouse ( Mine gets enough attention and babying as is) Glad he's feeling better!

Dh is a lamb when really sick. When he is feeling just a little sick, he's a bear.

It's 98 degrees out now. It says it's suppose to rain tonight. I sure hope it does. It's going to be super hot like this for at least the rest of the week. Something about Sahara sands.

Hey Old Folks well finger minus the nail that broke into the quick is fine .. cut off the flap of skin left a plain old whole in my finger close healing nice.. We did a month end quick run to Costco

And @getaclue, I'm glad to hear that your husband is feeling better. Keeping my fingers crossed that his test comes back negative.

My DH is a great patient also which goes against the old saying that doctors make the worst patients.

Fingernail will grow back not sure if I shaved it with the peeler but have peeled me more than once
