chicka, The first time, it's awful. Do take some Sombucol Black Elderberry. It's actually been researched by the FDA. It does have some decent broad spectrum anti-viral properties. It has less side effects, mainly nausea and diarrhea, which is why pediatricians recommend it over Tamiflu, in many instances, especially for Covid. (You might see if you can get it, and consider Hydroxychloroquine, regardless of the controversy about it.)

Uh oh!A hawk just spotted my chickens! I thought I could sit in the yard and enjoy some watermelon with the chickens after mowing the yard. The chickens ran, flew, squawked under the porch and I saw the shadow!A white/Black hawk keeps circling overhead.

@lovesfarms, you need to get your husband/significant other interested in RC flying! My husband flies RC planes (I fly helicopters-RC not real) My runs are netted but whenever one of the area eagles or hawks gets too brazen, he takes his plane out and circles our property and my coop/run with it. They hate it and think there is a bigger badder ummmm tailed predator around already claiming this territory and they make themselves scarce really fast.

@chickadoodles I am so sorry that you and your husband are going through this. Two more people that we 'know' who are victims of this virus. Please feel better.

I clench my jaw... then I got stressed, super clenched and the muscle locked up and could not release again.

I don't grind... so my teeth are not getting worn down, that is nice.

The mouth guard forces my lower jaw WAY further forward than usual, so when I clench at night I am stressing/working out a completely new jaw area... that helps the over used jaw spot to rest.

And... eventhough I have not worn down my teeth, there is some joint wear visible on x-rays.

Before I got stressed and super messed up the joint... i had zero discomfort, and no idea that I was messing anything up.

The mouth guard got me close to all fixed. I am now fully functional, and that is awesome.

It is good that it worked!

Dh and I have Covid. He got it from a coworker. He took the test Fri. they called him yesterday to tell him it was positive. We have both been so dang sick it ain't funny. I called my Dr's office and they said that they will still keep my surgery date. And I will get a Covid test the day before. I hope we get over it pretty soon! We have both just been trying to sleep through it.
I was feeling bad till last night. Now I fell like death warmed over!
Ya'll stay healthy and safe!
