The Old Folks Home

it would also wheely going up hills until DH added about 150 pounds of weights in the front of it.
Yeah that would be REAL fun!
For some reason I thought your tractor was bigger than that.

So...your saying...us old folks... should not try/attempt... chewing gum and walking...:hmm

:lau:gig:lau
Nope, no complicated multitasking for us old people.

A couple of our neighbors have Husqvarna tractors, and have warned us away from getting one. They don't hold up.
My Craftsman is a Husqvarna in Sears clothing. Seems to be holding up OK.

When we used to ride our bikes to work we would get behind one moving between fields that used to take up all of the two lane country road.
I hope you stayed WAY back when they were pulling the honey wagon!

No complaints except my front tire keeps going flat
Nail in it? The last time I had a problem with the front tire on mine I couldn't find a puncture by running soapy water over the tread. Found a really thin slit in the sidewall. How one could get that is beyond me. I put a tube in it and all is well.

Dh is a John Deere man, all the way. I prefer Kubota. HOWEVER, when we go to the tractor pulls, I cheer for green.
I'm not big on tractor pulls, TOO LOUD. Now horse or oxen pulling :thumbsup

Gotta go let the goats out. Lovely sunny day, 70s and no wind.
Mid 40's sun occasionally peaking out, wind gusts down to high 20's. Not all that lovely here today.

It is @bruceha2000. Our REAL tractor is a 35 horse power Mahindra bucket tractor. The Iseki is our little tractor and pulls our finishing mower. We have a lot of mowing and hills that would be unforgiving of a small garden tractor. No 4WD on the Iseki but the Mahindra is 4WD and both have PTO.

Hi old folk! Weird here warm but we looked outside this morning and the trees are turning color!

And he knows vehicles in general. He's an engineer with an MBA. Grew up on a farm. Once near the end of the work day he said he was heading home to change the ball joints on his truck. Not that they were totally shot but why not? I can change oil, filters and tires and now hydraulic fluid. Oh, and I can grease the zerks on the garden and real tractors.
