We had rain overnight. The sun is back out now

Our high today is going to be 64, but it's dropping to 39 tonight.

2:00 finally got finished with the snow. Ours is more fluffy, 12-18". I'm going to keep my arm moving the rest of the day in hopes the shoulder/neck arthritis won't freeze my arm like it did one time. Maybe not lay down in bed tonight. One morning I couldn't lift my head to sit up anymore, had to slide out of bed to go to the Dr for a shot.

Deep heating rub and heating pads help some what in combination with tylenol. Just hope this snow was a rare occasion!

I use the lidocaine in apsercream but it is nsaid also
