Lots of rain! Big fat worms, chicken weather. All the chickens were chasing one with a huge worm, on closer inspection, I realized it was a baby bird! Before I was able to get a picture, she had swallowed it.

Here's a helpful hint: When buying cabbage starts for the garden, do some research. Had no idea that 45-Day Golden Cross Cabbages were miniature ones. They're about the size of a tennis ball. Going to make sauerkraut today... Guess it'll be a small batch!
