No I haven't.. I just had a good chuckle over it, and still do! I need chuckles now and then.

Alright, which one of you is stirring the pot (cauldron to be more specific). I haven't seen so much of the green stuff scattered around before, or at least I don't remember having seen so much at one time. We aren't due to see the effects of Fred until 1 am Tuesday?

And if you zoom out even more the whole of the southeast is getting wet in a lot of places.

In other news: Just ordered my 1 gallon mason jar to put the tea and kombucha starter into. Read all the recipes on line that say to start with already prepared tea + kombucha as the starter, but I followed the recipe on the side of the bottle. allowing the kombucha tea to ferment unhindered for two weeks, then add it to the tea. Got a nice nearly 1/4 inch of scobe growing on top already. Tuesday is when I add it to the tea.

Very nice looking scoby! I just bottled a batch of booch on Thursday.

What kind of tea(s) do you use?

I've seen the chicken poop lip balm at the local Orschelns. They also have a chicken poop hand cream that I've seen BC...before covid.

I brought my diehard broody into the shop tonight. Easier putting the buster cage in there than in the rooster coop where I can keep an eye on her. She's thin and I'd like to get some meat on her bones before she goes into molt.

Of course the first thing whe did when I put her down was poop. Good thing I had shredded paper under the cage and the cage up on bricks.

As for Pizza. Used to love cold pizza but as I have gotten older I'd rather have leftover warmed.

The other day I sat down to eat a slice of cold pizza... the parrot flew over... tested at 2 spots, was clearly disappointed and flew off.

So I heated it up in the microwave and sat back down...

She flew back over, tested it, was so excited and ate a bunch.



We keep teasing her... I want to see this rainforest where her kind are from... the one with bacon trees, and hot pizza trees, and mac and cheese trees!!!!

unless you have a better idea, black tea is recommended. Once it's done and pulled from the booch incubator, you can add juice to suit.
