I assume there was a big investigation; which vessel was determined to be a fault? And just HOW do ships that size run into each other? Massive fog and neither ship had someone watching the radar? Seems just incomprehensible (at least to me) how this could have happened.

It does happen, if you look at the picturers they hit port to port, and yeah there was an investigation always is when that happens, in my 20 years I got called once, didn't like answering all the blasted questions but had to be done
