The Old Folks Home

@CapricornFarm My mom died at 79 from heart failure and dementia (multi infarct). My dad died at 94 from a heart arrhythmia/dementia (also multi infarct) When I told my current doctor's PA that I figured I was doomed to the same end, either heart attack or dementia she said. Don't think that genes have the final say so. They matter but a lot depends on how you take care of yourself.

Made me feel good and I've tried to do that in spite of the obstacles in my path health wise. My aorta in my CT scan was normal. Atherosclerosis build up only minor in my blood vessels. I've worked hard and hope to out live my dad and still know my knee from my elbow.
